Warranty Policy

1. Standard limited warranty
Every rhinoBREAK comes with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If the tool fails in that period we replace it free of charge. This warranty is offered to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
2. Optional extended warranty
At checkout you may add the Extended Warranty for $2.95 per unit, one time. It adds a further 2 years of the same cover, giving 4 years in total from delivery, on every unit in the order it was bought with. It is not transferable to a different order.
3. What we will do
For a valid claim we will, at our option, replace the product or refund it. Replacements are shipped at no cost to you and do not restart or extend the original warranty period. We do not offer repairs on this product.
4. What is not covered
- Normal wear, cosmetic marks, scratches and finish fading.
- Expected consumption of the mechanism. The spring striker is rated for approximately 20 firings; reaching that limit through use is not a defect.
- Damage from misuse, modification, disassembly, or use as a weapon or pry bar.
- Attempting to break laminated glass, including most windshields, which the tool is not designed for.
- Loss or theft.
- Units not bought directly from us, including anything bought on a marketplace.
5. Making a claim
Email support@ourfamilyangel.com with your order number, a short description of the fault, and a photo or short video of the tool. We aim to reply within two business days. You will usually not need to ship the product back.
6. Your legal rights alongside this warranty
This is a limited warranty. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
Because our Terms are governed by Latvian law, you also have the benefit of the legal guarantee of conformity, which runs for a minimum of two years from delivery. That guarantee is separate from, and additional to, this commercial warranty, and this warranty does not restrict it.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
